Shaping Key Pillars of a National Economic Vision
Client/Location: The Government of Jordan / Jordan

Project Overview
- The Challenge: In 2022, Jordan launched its Economic Modernization Vision — a comprehensive national blueprint for the next decade, with ambitious goals for accelerated growth, improved quality of life, and long-term sustainability. The Vision required credible, data-driven, and actionable strategies for its most critical economic sectors: mining, energy, and agriculture. The government needed expert leadership to convene stakeholders and translate high-level ambition into implementable roadmaps.
- Our Role & Solution: Geneva CSR partners were entrusted with a direct leadership role in shaping the core strategies for three of the Vision's most vital economic pillars, working directly with the Hashemite Royal Courts and the Prime Ministry. Our role involved: Leading high-level working sessions on energy and agriculture with the Hashemite Royal Court to ensure alignment with the national vision. Directing multi-stakeholder consultations for the food security sector, a key component of the agriculture axis. Applying deep sectoral expertise in mining and energy to develop strategies that foster investment, promote sustainability, and drive economic growth.
- Impact: Our partners co-authored the official sector strategies now embedded in Jordan's Economic Modernization Vision — the roadmaps for mining, energy, and agriculture that the government is actively implementing. This contribution was formally recognised by His Majesty King Abdullah II, and separately recognised by the Jordanian Senate for co-authoring the national Public Sector Reform Policy and Strategy. The work delivered a stakeholder-endorsed, Cabinet-level plan to attract investment and drive sustainable growth across these sectors for the next decade.
